Before you start

01 / ArcGIS Pro version

ArcGIS Pro 3.7

Built for version 3.7. This file is not compatible with version 3.6 or earlier.

02 / Your computer

Windows 11 · 64 bits

Windows 11 64-bit, with ArcGIS Pro installed and an active license.

03 / ArcGIS Pro prerequisites

.NET 10 · x64

.NET Desktop Runtime 10 x64 and WebView2, as required by ArcGIS Pro 3.7.

INSTALLATION

Get started in four steps

No compilation needed. Install using the add-in utility included with ArcGIS Pro.

Download Cartomize 10.5.1 ↓
  1. Download the add-in

    Select Download Cartomize 10.5.1 and save the file below to your computer. It is ready to install: do not unzip it.

  2. Close ArcGIS Pro

    Save your project, then close all ArcGIS Pro windows before installing.

  3. Install Cartomize

    Double-click the .esriAddInX file. Review the add-in details in the Esri installation utility, then select Install Add-In.

  4. Open your Cartomize workspace

    Restart ArcGIS Pro 3.7, open a project and a map, then choose the Cartomize tab → Ouvrir Cartomize. You can now analyse your project and prepare your first map.

Need a hand?

The Cartomize tab does not appear

Check your version under Settings → About, then restart ArcGIS Pro. Look for Cartomize under Project → Add-In Manager. The usual installation folder is Documents/ArcGIS/AddIns/ArcGISPro.

My organisation requires a signed add-in

This add-in is not digitally signed. If your organisation requires a trusted signature, contact your administrator or Cartomize support for a signed version.

Do I need Visual Studio or the Python toolbox?

No. The .esriAddInX file includes the compiled add-in and its templates. The repository’s Python toolbox is optional and can be added separately if needed.
